All shipped orders are tracked. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking details.

Within Australia, delivery time is typically 2 to 8 business days for a flat rate for each Australian state.

We do not offer international shipping.

 

Packaging:

We package and deliver our wines in 12-bottle and 6-bottle packages (cartons).

The shipping rate for your order is the same whether you order a 12-bottle package or a 6-bottle package.

Moppahills Vineyard does not take any responsibility for orders once shipped.

However, If any bottles have been broken by the courier then such loss will have limited indemnity cover by the courier. Note that any such claim will have to be made in the first instance to Moppa Hills Vineyard.
