2017 Botrytis Semillon (375ml)

The grapes for this wine were harvested in mid-May 2017 at 17 baume. Following cold fermentation on skins for 9 days the wine spent 10 months on seasoned oak at 2 deg. C prior to bottling. The deliciously sweet wine floods the palate with overtures of apricot nectar and is perfect with cheese platters or deserts. Even better as an aperitif!
